Shipping policy

SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS:

Stun Gun Policy: Stun guns cannot be shipped to the following locations: Hawaii, Rhode Island, Illinois, Massachusetts, Michigan, Wisconsin and internationally.

Pepper Spray Policy: Pepper spray cannot be shipped to the following locations: New York, Massachusetts, Washington D.C, Alaska, and internationally. 

Kitty Knuckle Policy: Kitty Knuckles can only be shipped within the United States + Puerto Rico.

PACKAGE PROTECTION:

FAFO tactical defense offers package protection for all orders. Package protection provides protection on orders that are lost, stolen, or damaged (in accordance to the criteria). This insurance is automatically applied to all orders unless manually removed by the customer. Review is done by our internal audit system and if deemed valid after investigation, you will have the option to have your order re-shipped or refunded.

For orders NOT covered by package protection: FAFO Tactical Defense is not responsible for any lost packages that are marked as "delivered". For any lost packages, please file a claim with USPS directly. We are not responsible for any stolen packages. Any questions can be emailed to fafotacticaldefense@gmail.com

PROCESSING TIME:

Orders are processed in 3-7 business days which excludes weekends and holidays. Custom orders are processed in 2-3 weeks. You cannot add "rush my order" to any custom orders. Please remember processing time is separate from shipping time.

Shipping time: All orders are shipped with USPS.  
USPS First Class Mail: 2-5 business days*
USPS Priority Mail: 1-3 business days*

All orders $100+ will require a signature at delivery.

FAFO Tactical Defense is not responsible for any custom fees for out of country orders.

Any orders sent back to us due to an insufficient address will be cancelled & refunded. If the customer chooses for it to be re-shipped, there is a $5 re-shipment fee.
